Refund & Performance Guarantee Policy

This Refund & Performance Guarantee Policy (the "Policy") forms part of the Webido CTR Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1.Our Promise
We stand behind our work. For eligible recurring Services, Webido offers a 45-Day Performance Guarantee: if you meet the eligibility criteria below and your campaign does not produce a Measurable Improvement (as defined in Section 2) within forty-five (45) days of campaign activation, we will either extend your campaign with one additional month of Service at no charge or, at our discretion, refund 100% of the first month's fee paid for the eligible Service.
2.What Counts as "Measurable Improvement"
Measurable Improvement is defined objectively. Your campaign is deemed to have produced Measurable Improvement if, within the 45-day period, any one or more of the following occur:
- Movement of at least one (1) grid position, on average, across the target keyword set, as measured by the GeoGrid reporting in your dashboard
- At least a 15% increase in Google Business Profile "Profile Views" compared to the 30 days preceding campaign activation, as reported in GBP Insights
- At least a 15% increase in "Direction Requests" or "Calls" compared to the 30 days preceding campaign activation, as reported in GBP Insights
- Measurable ranking improvement for at least one (1) tracked keyword in Google Search Console (for SERP CTR) or verified AI platform citation appearance (for AI CTR Domination)
A campaign that achieves any one of these metrics is deemed to have produced Measurable Improvement for the purposes of this Policy, and the Performance Guarantee is satisfied.
3.Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Performance Guarantee, you must satisfy ALL of the following:
- The Service must be an eligible recurring Service — currently GBP CTR, SERP CTR, AI CTR Domination, DriveForge, the Omnipresence Package, or the More Customers Guarantee package. One-time Services are NOT covered by the Performance Guarantee (see Section 5).
- You must have granted Webido all required access (Google Business Profile Manager access, Google Search Console access, etc.) within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
- You must have provided accurate and complete campaign inputs (target keywords, service area, business category).
- The campaign must have been active and uninterrupted for the full 45-day period. A campaign paused, cancelled, downgraded, or materially modified by the Customer before day 45 forfeits the Guarantee.
- You must not have materially changed the business name, primary category, address, phone number, or website URL during the 45-day period.
- You must not have run conflicting CTR, bot, or traffic services from another vendor during the 45-day period.
- Your baseline GBP and website must have been in good standing with Google at the start of the campaign (not suspended, not flagged, verified, and active).
- You must submit your Guarantee claim in writing to [email protected] between day 45 and day 60 of campaign activation, following the process in Section 4.
Failure to meet any one of the above criteria means the Performance Guarantee does not apply and no refund is available.
4.How to Submit a Guarantee Claim
To submit a Performance Guarantee claim:
- Email [email protected] from the email address on file.
- Use the subject line: "Performance Guarantee Claim — [Your Business Name]".
- Include (a) the order number, (b) the Service the claim relates to, (c) the campaign activation date, and (d) a short description of why you believe Measurable Improvement has not been achieved.
- Submit the claim between day 45 and day 60 of campaign activation. Claims submitted earlier (before day 45) or later (after day 60) will not be accepted.
Webido will review the claim and respond within fourteen (14) calendar days. Review includes GeoGrid data, GBP Insights comparison, dashboard activity logs, and any other objective data available. If the claim is valid, Webido will provide the chosen remedy (see Section 6). If the claim is invalid (e.g., Measurable Improvement was in fact achieved, or eligibility requirements were not met), Webido will notify the Customer in writing with supporting data.
5.Non-Refundable Services
The following Services are one-time deliverables and are NOT covered by the Performance Guarantee. Once the deliverable has been completed and provided, no refund is available, in whole or in part:
- AI Citation Blast
- AI Authority Content (any package)
- LLM PR Brand Placement
- GEO Quick Blast
- AI Brand Entity Setup (Wikidata)
- ResolveMap / SignalMap Entity Coherence Audit
- AI Visibility Audit (all tiers)
- Any Service listed on Legiit, Fiverr, or another marketplace under the marketplace's refund policy (which governs exclusively for those orders)
- Any setup fee, onboarding fee, or customization fee
- Any Service purchased under a special discount code of 50% off or more, which is sold as-is and final
For these Services, we will work with you in good faith to correct any delivery issue (e.g., a broken link, an undelivered placement, or a factual error in the audit). Our remedy for under-delivery is redelivery or a full refund on the specifically undelivered portion, NOT on completed or delivered portions.
6.Remedy
Where a Performance Guarantee claim is approved, the remedy is, at Webido's discretion:
- One (1) additional month of the same Service at no charge, beginning at the end of the then-current billing period (primary remedy); or
- A refund of 100% of the first month's fee for the eligible Service, paid to the original payment method within ten (10) business days (alternative remedy, applied where Webido elects to refund rather than extend).
The Performance Guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim of under-performance and is limited to the first month's fee for the eligible Service. Fees paid for months prior to or after the first month are non-refundable.
7.Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling a recurring Service is separate from requesting a refund. You may cancel at any time under Section 5 of the Terms. Cancellation ends future billing but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Refunds are available only under this Policy's Performance Guarantee process.
8.Unauthorized Chargebacks
As set out in Section 10 of the Terms, initiating a chargeback without first contacting Webido and allowing the 14-day resolution window is a material breach of these Terms. In that event, Webido reserves all rights to recover the disputed amount, bank fees, and reasonable collection costs, and to terminate your account.
9.Fraud and Abuse
Webido reserves the right to deny any refund claim where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, false statements in the claim, or repeated claims from the same Customer or affiliated Customers. Determination of fraud or abuse is made in Webido's reasonable discretion based on objective evidence.
10.Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law, including (where applicable) the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Canada's Consumer Protection Acts, Australian Consumer Law, or U.S. state consumer protection statutes. Where statutory rights apply, they apply in addition to the remedies in this Policy.
