One Business Per Trade, Per Market

Any CTR Vendor Will Sell Your Competitor the Same Signals. Market Lock Turns Them Away.

Market Lock runs Google Maps click-throughs and driving direction requests for one business per category in each market, from real U.S. 5G mobile devices, and refuses every other business in your trade and your area for as long as you hold the slot. Exclusivity is written into your agreement, with the category, the market center and the radius named. From $497/month.

Where You Are Now

Four situations. Market Lock is built for three of them.

Behavioral signals move map pack rankings. That is settled. The open question for most local businesses is a different one: who else in your trade is buying them, and from whom. Find your situation below.

Situation 1

You sit at position 4 to 7 and the business at position 2 is already running signals

Your profile is verified, reviewed and complete. You are showing up, just under the fold. The competitor above you has the same foundation plus a CTR campaign. Buying the same campaign from a vendor who also serves them gets you a tie at best.

Market Lock is built for this. You get the signals and they lose access to them.
Situation 2

You are in the 3-pack and want to stay there

Holding a 3-pack spot is harder than reaching it, because every business below you is now trying to buy its way up. The slot closes the easiest route they have: hiring the vendor that got you there.

Market Lock as a moat. Calibrated volume keeps your signal pattern growing instead of flat.
Situation 3

Your current CTR vendor also works for your competitor

Most CTR services sell to anyone who pays. Ask your vendor in writing whether they run campaigns for another business in your category and area. If the answer is yes or silence, your spend is subsidizing a stalemate.

Move the campaign to a slot nobody else in your trade can buy.
Situation 4

New profile, under 10 reviews, thin listing

Signals on a profile with no foundation do not stick, and we would rather not take a slot fee for a month that cannot work. Fix the listing, collect the first 10 reviews, then claim the slot.

Not yet. Start with the ResolveMap audit and come back in 60 days.
What Exclusive Means

A slot is one category in one market. Both are named in your agreement.

"Exclusive" is a word a lot of agencies print on a feature list without defining it. Here is our definition, and it is the same text that goes into your agreement.

The five terms that define your slot

  • Category. The primary category on your Google Business Profile, for example Plumber. Secondary categories are covered only if they are added to the agreement.
  • Market. The city your profile is addressed in, or a radius around your location if you prefer. The base slot is one city or a 10-mile radius, named with the center point and the radius.
  • Overlap rule. A business whose primary or secondary category matches yours, and whose location falls inside your market or whose own market circle would cover your location, cannot buy a slot in your category while yours is active.
  • Waitlist. If a slot is taken, the next business in that trade goes on a waitlist for that market. They are told the slot is held. They are not told by whom.
  • Term. Exclusivity runs month to month with your subscription. Miss a renewal and the slot opens to the waitlist after a 14-day grace period.
We do not sell exclusivity by zip code. Customers search by city and neighborhood, not by zip, and a competitor one zip over is still your competitor. A slot that stops at a zip line is a slot with a hole in it.
Why the market is a city or a radius, never a zip code

What this costs us: every slot we sell is a list of businesses we can never sell to. That is why price follows the size of the area you lock, not the volume of signals we run. The pricing section explains the math.

What We Do Every Day

Two signal streams, sized to your profile, verified against your own Google data.

Market Lock bundles the two behavioral signals Google weighs most for local prominence: searches that end in a click on your profile, and direction requests to your location. Both run daily from real U.S. 5G mobile devices inside your market.

What runs on your Google Business Profile:

  • Keyword click-throughs. Searches on five keywords you choose at kickoff, from GPS positions inside your market, ending in a click on your profile. After month two we add up to five more keywords at no extra charge once the first five are moving.
  • Driving direction requests. Daily direction requests to your location from inside your service area, the same signal a customer sends when they tap "Directions" on their phone.
  • Calibrated volume. Starting volume is set from your profile's last 90 days of activity, then increased 20 to 30 percent each month. Google reads it as growth, not a spike. There is no flat count that every client gets.
  • Real devices. U.S. 5G mobile devices on carrier networks. No desktop browsers, no residential VPNs, no click farm proxies.
  • Verified setup. You add us as a Manager on your profile. We pull your performance data through Google's API, send you your baseline numbers in writing, and check that categories, hours and service area are set up right before signals start. We do not change your listing without asking you first.
  • Monthly report. Profile views, direction requests, calls and map pack positions on your keywords, before and after, delivered in your client portal.
1

Check the slot

Send your Google Business Profile link and the five keywords that matter most to your business. We check whether your category and market are open and reply within one business day.

2

Sign and add us as Manager

If the slot is open, the agreement names your category, market center, radius and tier. You add us as a Manager on your profile, which takes about two minutes and lets us read your data and verify the setup.

3

Baseline, then signals

We send your baseline numbers in writing, and signals start within 5 business days of signature and Manager access. Your first report lands 30 days later, and your guarantee is measured against the baseline you already have.

Pricing

Three tiers. Price follows the area you lock, not the volume we run.

Signal volume is always matched to your profile, whichever tier you choose. What changes between tiers is how much territory and how many locations your slot closes to everyone else in your trade. All tiers include both signal streams, calibrated volume, Manager-verified setup, the monthly report, and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Need more than the tier covers? Each added city is $200/month. Each added location inside the area is $150/month. A second category on the same profile is a second slot at 50 percent off. Pay quarterly and get one month free on any tier.

Why a slot costs more than buying the two signals separately

You can buy GBP CTR and DriveForge from us today, without exclusivity, for less. So can your competitor. Market Lock is priced on what we give up when we sell it: every other business in your trade inside your market, for as long as you hold the slot.

That is also why a larger area costs more while the signal volume stays matched to your profile. A 50-mile radius does not cost us more to run. It costs us more to refuse.

Guarantee

30 days. If your profile views and interactions have not moved, you get the month back.

The guarantee is measured on numbers you can see in your own Google Business Profile performance report, against a baseline we send you in writing before signals start.

How the 30-day money-back guarantee works:

  • Measure. Total profile views ("People viewed your profile") and Business Profile interactions in your performance report.
  • Baseline. The same 30 days one year earlier where your profile has a year of history, otherwise the 30 days before launch. You receive both numbers in writing before signals start.
  • Promise. If neither number is above its baseline at day 30, we refund your first month in full. Request it in writing within 10 days after day 30.
  • Conditions. The profile stays verified and unsuspended, no other agency runs click or direction traffic on it during the term, and you contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer.
  • Not promised. A specific map pack position, a number of calls, or a number of jobs. Those depend on your reviews, your site and your competitors, and we will say so plainly in your first report if they are holding you back.
  • Billing. Monthly in advance, cancel any time before renewal, no partial-month refunds after the guarantee window.
How It Compares

Most "exclusive" GPS drive services sell a fixed count in a fixed circle. Here is where Market Lock differs.

The closest alternatives sell driving direction requests in a 25 or 100 square mile circle, at a flat volume, with "exclusivity" listed as a feature and never defined. The table shows what you get from each.

Typical GPS drive service Market Lock
Signals GPS drives and profile engagement Keyword click-throughs plus driving direction requests
Area 25 or 100 square mile circle (about a 3 or 6 mile radius) Your city, or a 10, 25 or 50 mile radius by tier
Exclusivity Listed as a feature, not defined Category, market, overlap rule and waitlist, written into the agreement
Volume Fixed per plan Matched to your profile, scaled 20 to 30 percent a month
Guarantee One keyword in the top 3 within 90 days Profile views or interactions above your baseline within 30 days, or your first month back
Setup check None, no profile access Manager access, baseline in writing, categories and hours verified before launch
Reporting Map grid every two weeks Profile views, directions, calls and map positions every month

A top 3 guarantee on one keyword out of many is easy to satisfy and tells you little. We guarantee the number that moves first and that you can read in your own dashboard.

FAQ

Real questions. Direct answers.

What happens if my slot is already taken?

We tell you within one business day that the category is held in your market, and we add you to the waitlist for it. We do not tell you who holds it. If the current holder misses a renewal, the slot opens to the waitlist after a 14-day grace period, and we contact you in order. You are never charged while you wait.

Why is exclusivity by city or radius instead of zip code?

Because customers search by city and neighborhood, and the map pack does not stop at a zip line. A competitor one zip over competes with you for the same searches. A city or radius matches how Google draws the market. The center point and radius are written into your agreement so there is nothing to argue about later.

I already buy GBP CTR or DriveForge from you. How does Market Lock change that?

Those services keep running as they are. Market Lock replaces them with one subscription that adds the exclusivity term, the calibrated bundle of both signals, the Manager-verified setup and the written baseline. If you move to Market Lock, your existing campaigns are folded into it without a restart. If a competitor in your trade and market already holds a Market Lock slot, we will tell you, and your existing non-exclusive campaign continues unaffected.

Why do you need Manager access when other services say they need nothing?

Two reasons. First, the guarantee is measured on your profile views and interactions, and we set your baseline from the actual numbers rather than a screenshot. Second, we check categories, hours and service area before signals start, because a wrong primary category wastes the first month. Manager access is read access for us in practice. We do not change your listing without asking, and you can remove us from the same screen at any time.

Does the slot cover my secondary categories?

The slot covers your primary category. The overlap rule does block a competitor whose secondary category matches your primary one, so a Water Damage Restoration company with Plumber as a secondary category cannot buy the Plumber slot next to you. If you want exclusivity on a second category of your own, that is a second slot at 50 percent off, since the fulfillment overlaps.

Is this safe for my Google Business Profile?

The activity comes from real U.S. 5G mobile devices on carrier networks, inside your market, at a volume set from your own profile's history and scaled 20 to 30 percent a month. That is the same protocol we have run across our Maps campaigns since 2019. The risk in this category is aggressive volume on a thin profile, which is why we start from your baseline rather than a flat count, and why Situation 4 above is a "not yet."

What do I need to provide to start?

Your Google Business Profile link and the five keywords that matter most to your business. That is enough for us to check the slot. Once the agreement is signed, you add us as a Manager on the profile, which takes about two minutes. Signals start within 5 business days of signature and Manager access.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Market Lock is month to month. Cancel from your client portal before any renewal and nothing further is billed. Your slot opens to the waitlist 14 days after a missed renewal, so if you plan to come back, renew before the grace period ends.

How is this different from the More Customers Guarantee?

That bundle adds more deliverables: citations, profile optimization, posts and GBP CTR. Market Lock adds one thing it does not have: nobody else in your trade and your market can buy it from us. If you want the full stack and exclusivity, hold the slot and add the bundle of your choice; we will price the overlap out.

I'm an agency. Can I hold slots for my clients?

Yes, one slot per client, in the client's name on the agreement, through the white-label partner program. An agency cannot reserve a market without a client in it, because an empty slot is a competitor we turned away for nothing.

Once your category is taken in your market, the only way in is the waitlist.

Send your profile link and five keywords. We confirm whether the slot is open within one business day, send your baseline in writing, and start signals within 5 business days of signature. If your profile views and interactions have not moved by day 30, the first month is refunded.
